Q: How do I clean my dismoi Calabash Light?
A: dismoi Calabash Lights can be cleaned on the outside with a damp cloth. On the inside a dry dishwashing sponge can be used. If dust collects in the holes, use a hairdryer to clean. Alternatively a sharp object like a toothpick can be used to clear holes.
Q: Can I use my dismoi Calabash Light outside?
A: dismoi Calabash Lights that are painted (eg. White) can be used on patios as the paint used on the outer layer is very durable. As long as your light is not hanging directly in the rain, it is safe.
Q: What globe should I use in my dismoi Calabash Light?
A: Recommended globes are sold on our online shop. You are welcome to purchase your own globes, as long as they are no more than 8W energy saver globes. Please note that no open flames of any kind are to be used near your dismoi Calabash Light. We use an international standard, screw-in lamp holder.

Q: How long will it take to deliver my product?
A: Shipping and delivery can take 10 – 15 working days. Please remember each light is created by hand to your specific needs.
Q: How do I order?
A: Once you have decided on a product make sure to choose your size and colour options on the drop down menu, then click "ADD TO CART". Just like a real-world shopping, you can add multiple items to your cart before proceeding to payment.
Once you are ready to pay for the items in your cart, click on the cart icon on the top right hand side of the page. That will show you all the items you have put into your shopping cart. If you’re happy with your choice, you can click the “CHECK OUT” button.
Q: How should I pay you?
A: If you are ordering online, you are welcome to pay by Instant Electronic Funds Transfer or by Credit Card. We use Payfast who offers a safe payment gateway and is quick and easy to use.
